01 Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of adsdentalhospitals.com (the "Site") and any appointment, enquiry, or booking you make with ADS Dental Hospital ("ADS", "we", "us", "our") at our Ameerpet or Gachibowli clinics.
By browsing the Site, submitting a form, calling, or messaging us on WhatsApp to book a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not submit a booking request.
02 Our services
The Site provides information about ADS Dental Hospital's clinics, treatments, dentists, and pricing, and allows you to request a consultation. Treatments offered include, among others, dental implants, root canal therapy, braces and clear aligners, laser dentistry, teeth whitening, gum care, smile design, and paediatric dentistry.
Information on the Site is for general guidance only. Any treatment plan, diagnosis, or clinical recommendation is made in person by a qualified dentist at one of our clinics, not through the Site itself.
03 Appointments & bookings
- Submitting the "Get Free Consultation" form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking, until our reception team contacts you to confirm a time and clinic location.
- You agree to provide accurate contact details (name, phone number, and treatment of interest) so we can reach you to confirm or reschedule.
- We aim to call back within 30 minutes during clinic hours, but response times may vary outside opening hours or on public holidays.
- Please arrive with any relevant prior dental records, X-rays, or referral letters where applicable.
04 Medical disclaimer
Descriptions of procedures as "painless" or "minimally invasive" reflect our clinical approach and the techniques we use, such as microscopy, single-visit protocols, and effective local anaesthesia. They are not a guarantee of a specific experience, as pain tolerance and clinical circumstances differ between patients.

| Insurance | We assist with cashless and reimbursement claims with major Indian health insurance providers, where your policy covers the treatment. Approval rests with your insurer. |
| Payment methods | We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and NFC mobile payments at both clinics. |
06 Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please call or WhatsApp your clinic as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so the slot can be offered to another patient. For treatments booked with an advance payment or EMI plan, refund and rescheduling conditions will be explained to you in writing at your clinic before you commit to the plan.
07 Acceptable use of the Site
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal details through our forms
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through automated scraping, bots, or attempts to bypass security
- Use the Site to transmit harmful code, spam, or unlawful content
- Copy, republish, or resell content from the Site without our written permission
08 Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, and design elements on the Site are the property of ADS Dental Hospital or its licensors, unless otherwise credited. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, modify, or use our content commercially without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is." You agree to indemnify ADS Dental Hospital against claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms, except where such claims arise from our own negligence or wrongdoing.

13 Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
